Practices for the whole self.
Rhythms the body already knows
Daily rituals timed to your body's natural clock.
Take what you need, when you need it.
This is where you return
Not where you start once and then move on. Not a beginner's section that you outgrow. A place that stays available, whatever the day has been, whatever the layers have brought up, whatever is still unresolved.
The Foundation exercises are exercises that always work. Not because they are simple, but because they are close. Close to the body. Close to the breath. Close to the ground beneath you. They do not ask you to take a difficult road. They ask you to notice where you already are.
Come here when you feel fragmented. Come here when the day has been too much. Come here when you do not know what you need. Come here also when you feel good, just to be with yourself for a moment.
The body knows what to do with these practices. You have done them before, and the body remembers.
Nothing is required of you here except to arrive in yourself. A path, not a checklist. The door back to the surface is always open. You can pause between practices, even between days. Take only what feels right.
For when you could use some help. All you have to do is be, and feel.
